Hearty Food For Health & Happiness

Fortitude Culina is founded on the belief that the best Asian food can be found in Singapore. It started with Erna and Aaron. Erna is a low-vision home cook and Aaron is a social entrepreneur.

The name Fortitude Culina was thought of by Erna as she aims to excel her culinary skills despite her visual impairment.

Our food concept focuses on a modern interpretation of food culture. We are dedicated to foster happiness and health of our diners through use of herbs, spices, forgotten native greens, edible flowers and other ingredients from local & regional farmers who practise ethical farming techniques. 

 

Being a social enterprise we play our part to strengthen and build communities. We do this by empowering talented and passionated visually impaired in culinary arts as chefs.
